Yorkshire is famous for the Yorkshire pudding and it
certainly is one of my favorite items to eat along with the
Sunday roast dinner, but there is much more to Yorkshire
food too! Along the east coast at some of the many fantastic
seaside towns such Scarborough & Whitby offer some of the
best fish and chips you could ever find. There are bag fulls
of top quality restaurants offering fine dinning, plus loads
of traditional Yorkshire pubs serving real ales.
"Being England's biggest county you would expect it to contain a large number of places to go for a drink and/or a meal. You would be correct"
There are many quaint tea shops & cafes in around Yorkshire just visit some of the fantastic market towns such as Thirsk, Northallerton & Stokesley and stop off for a good old cup of Yorkshire tea!
